La Fonda Heritage Hotel exclusively presents Crumbz Cookies in Marbella, the new cookie concept created by Debbie Wingham, the “Countess of Confection”
Marbella, 29th September – The iconic La Fonda Heritage Hotel, a benchmark for fine dining and lifestyle in Marbella’s historic old town, proudly announces the launch of a unique and delicious project: Crumbz Cookies, the latest creation by the celebrated international pastry artist Debbie Wingham, recognised by Food Network as the Countess of Confection and ranked among the world’s top ten cake designers.
Inspired by family values and a passion for artisanal baking, Crumbz Cookies were born from a heartfelt gesture: her youngest daughter Scarlett’s love for cookies. Thus, Wingham – renowned worldwide as the Queen of Cakes – has fused the best of traditional patisserie with creative baking to bring to life an innovative concept: a cookie that thinks it’s a cake.
An artisanal, healthy and local product
The project stands out for its commitment to locally sourced ingredients and respect for the environment. The flour comes from a mill in Coín, fruits are supplied by local farmers who transform them into fresh fillings and toppings, while the honey is sourced from a beekeeper in Alhaurín. Everything is presented in recycled paper packaging, with options to suit all tastes – from healthier versions, naturally sweetened and gluten-free, to more indulgent profiles for those with a sweet tooth.
The flavours pay tribute to Spain, with evocative references such as Andalusian Lemon Drizzle or Seville Chocolate Orange, in a constantly evolving menu that incorporates new recipes each month in line with the seasons.
A design made for sharing
What truly makes Crumbz Cookies unique is their innovative design: they can be cut into perfect portions, allowing people to enjoy different flavours without excess, transforming a simple cookie into a moment of connection and celebration.
