Marbella, August, 2nd 2021 – Palo Alto, the most exclusive and vibrant residential community in the Costa del Sol, has announced two new “naturally modern living” housing developments, Granados and Ceibas.

Comprising of 60 new apartments, Granados is built on the highest point of Palo Alto, providing residents with exceptional panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de las Nieves national park. Ceibas is a smaller exclusive community with only ten apartments. Designed by VillarroelTorrico, the stylish new apartments are built to the highest specification, with quality Porcelanosa finishes throughout. Granados and Ceibas join the existing Palo Alto development, a collection of luxury residences in Ojén, near the vibrant Marbella area.
