<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Al recorrer caminando o en coche el kilómetro más codiciado la Costa del Sol que une el núcleo urbano de Marbella con Puerto Banús, sólo una promoción inmobiliaria se descubre a pie de Milla de Oro. Se trata de Benalús, un proyecto de 27 apartamentos de lujo distribuidos en tres bloques en una parcela de 9.000 metros cuadrados de los cuáles más del 50% irá destinado a zonas verdes y de esparcimiento privado y comunitario.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Benalús se reactiva tras la ralentización que ha sufrido el proyecto por la inestabilidad jurídica en el ámbito urbanístico que ha habido desde la anulación del PGOU por parte del Tribunal Supremo en 2015. Ahora, despejado el panorama de ordenación urbana, las obras podrán comenzar el próximo mes de junio. Sergio Fernández, director del proyecto, explica que “Traemos al mercado un producto de altísima calidad, adaptado a las últimas tendencias y tecnologías y hecho para satisfacer la demanda de los compradores más exigentes. Ya tenemos todo preparado para dar inicio a las obras de construcción en el mes de junio de 2018. Y así mismo poder hacer entrega de las viviendas en primavera de 2020”. Los datos de los últimos años muestran que la vivienda de segunda mano ha sido hasta ahora la protagonista. Sin embargo, también revelan una clara tendencia a un cambio de sentido a favor de las nuevas edificaciones que tienen prevista su finalización y entrega entre el 2019 y el 2020.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Los cambios económicos y políticos internacionales han hecho que cambie el perfil del comprador en detrimento de británicos y rusos y a favor de españoles, centroeuropeos y nórdicos, mientras se mantiene el cliente árabe. “Sin embargo, dada la excepcional ubicación de Benalús han mostrado interés desde todas partes del mundo”, comenta Fernández. Un perfil de comprador que busca construcciones modernas y lujosas con grandes áreas al aire libre con exclusivos servicios comunitarios y altos niveles de seguridad y privacidad en una ubicación privilegiada y estratégica.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Durante los últimos años Benalús ha podido detectar esas nuevas necesidades del cliente Premium, que requiere todas las comodidades de un resort en su vivienda particular, y ha sabido adaptarse a ellas.
