With 110 rooms (one suite, four junior suites, 45 premium rooms, three family rooms and 57 classic rooms) and with a firm commitment to urban and gastronomic tourism, it aims to become a local and regional hotel reference once again thanks to the family business.<\/p>\n<p>After months of intense work and an investment of more than 6 million euros, the new hotel is taking shape, in which the meticulousness of this project under the direction of the architecture studio of the Costa del Sol, Montoya Molina, the good taste of the design and decoration team of the Talasur studio and the experience in accommodation of the family group, under the direction of Francisco Gim\u00e9nez P\u00e9rez del Pulgar.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel has grown from 100 to 110 rooms and will have a gym, a massage room and an interesting gastronomic offer with its restaurant &#8216;Alameda&#8217;, which will serve Mediterranean cuisine, market, and local products (Km 0) and will have touches of traditional Malaga cuisine. It is also worth mentioning the 360\u00ba <em>Blue Sky Bar<\/em>, a rooftop with swimming pool and relaxing area including a more casual menu full of healthy proposals, select cocktails, a variety of juices, coffee, and teas. Madrid 18 January 2023.- The legendary San Crist\u00f3bal hotel will reopen next summer as a four-star hotel under the name \u00d3bal Urban Hotel after its closure in October 2022. With 110 rooms (one suite, four junior suites, 45 premium rooms, three family rooms and 57 classic rooms) and with a firm commitment to urban and gastronomic tourism, it aims to become a local and regional hotel reference once again thanks to the family business. After months of intense work and an investment of more than 6 million euros, the new hotel is taking shape, in which the meticulousness of this project under the direction of the architecture studio of the Costa del Sol, Montoya Molina, the good taste of the design and decoration team of the Talasur studio and the experience in accommodation of the family group, under the direction of Francisco Gim\u00e9nez P\u00e9rez del Pulgar. The hotel has grown from 100 to 110 rooms and will have a gym, a massage room and an interesting gastronomic offer with its restaurant &#8216;Alameda&#8217;, which will serve Mediterranean cuisine, market, and local products (Km 0) and will have touches of traditional Malaga cuisine. It is also worth mentioning the 360\u00ba Blue Sky Bar, a rooftop with swimming pool and relaxing area including a more casual menu full of healthy proposals, select cocktails, a variety of juices, coffee, and teas. The new establishment will run with an average of 60 employees, adding new incorporations, including a food and beverage director and a chef to enhance what the gastronomy has to offer.
